Exhibitor's space
Strategically positioned exhibitor space will enable you to maximize interaction with attendees and other exhibitors.
Space is limited at SSP2015 and for this reason we are not offering a booth display, but are able to offer a table top display.
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, we will assign your table. Exhibit space will be assigned on a first come, first served basis, and confirmed only after receipt of full payment.
Exhibitor costs are:
Table top Exhibitor = $900
- A skirted table and two chairs
- Wireless internet access at the table
- Electrical connection for the table
- One full delegate registration (includes Welcome reception, banquet, lunch, coffee breaks, and sessions)
- Logo recognition on the conference website

Note: Additional participants at your booth: full-delegate fee $700 (includes Welcome reception, banquet, lunch, coffee breaks, and sessions); or a Delegate Pass $200 (includes am/pm coffee breaks and lunch only)
Exhibit Hours:
- Monday, June 8 to Thursday, June 11, 2013
- Setup 8 a.m. on Monday, June 8
- Exhibit hall open to delegates at 12 p.m. Monday
- Exhibit hours will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday through Wednesday and 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Thursday
- Tear-down Thursday, June 11 starting at 12:00 p.m.
All exhibitors are required to provide a high-resolution electronic version of their logo and trademarks for inclusion in the conference program and on the website.
